Lovely Lucy’s Auto Wash

I use this car wash about 1-2 times a month never had an issue. I went last night and there was a small issue. I called the number provided around 6pm, left and voice message and the next day I received a call. The problem is now fixed and not only was I provided a refund but I was also compensated for my time. I was also provided with options for my refund.nnI will definitely only be using this car wash and vacuum station from now on.

Went 02/13/21 bay 1 and bay 3 weren’t working, bay 2 was shut down with cones blocking it, with no running water out of the pressure washer device into the other 2 bays open. I paid for a self car wash and couldn’t get my $ back because no staff was seen on sight to get a refund. Ridiculous.

quick and convenient cleaned well definitely will be my new carwash

Paid 10 bucks for a soapy car.. usually that does not Jalen but today it was really bad.
