Love this company, but this location lacks inventory and selection compared to their other locations. The staff here has always been great. Shay was noteworthy, asking if we needed assistance and great during checkout. Very fun, joking a bit, and friendly to say the least. Good prices as usual. Plenty of parking. Good hours of operation, even during the pandemic. Speaking of, everyone was following proper Covid-19 guidelines as well. Store is always clean and organized. I'll definitely be back again soon.

Unlike most retail establishments they don’t do returns with card purchased from, instead they go by phone numbers, which hardly anyone gives the cashiers. Not only that, the cashier said it was “not her problem” ..: so for customer service this is a one star establishment in my view. Good prices on certain items BUT....

Has what I need. Im not a great craftsman but I get the tools that work for me. A large selection for both novice(me) and the professional. Reasonable prices. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I always return for my tools for the next project.
