Route 22 Limousine

Terrible experience with the owner Oscar. Tried to change the price when we booked a month in advance. Said it was a mistake they made and tried to charge double 5 hours before. Then cursed out and refused to make it right. This guy will not own up to his own mistake and doesn’t have any knowledge about customer service or how to treat a customer. I would highly recommend not using this service they are not reliable and do not treat customers right! How do you call yourself a business owner but you curse out paying customers.

Last Saturday we went to the city. We had amazing time. Our driver, was so polite and knowledgeable. I totally recommend Route 22 Limousine.nIt was my first time in a limo. It was great!

Had a mini party bus p/up at the airport then take us to the city. Good times. Driver on time. Recommend it. Nice bus.

100% satisfied. Have used Rt22limo for my wedding 30 years ago. I use them regularly. Nothing but good service with a smile. We had the Chrysler limousine for my daughter’s wedding. Wish we had the same car for both weddings.

Horrible service, DONT RECOMMEND!!! They will scam you and screw you up LAST MINUTE just like they did to me. Oscar the owner should go out of business and should learn people skills.
