Union

Downstairs waiting room closed so no bathroom facilities, but there's shelter upstairs. I hope the cafe reopens for weekend traffic soon.

Nice place

Nice station. Freight comes through here a lot, which is always fun to see. The station building is cute too, but it being on ground level while the platform is about 15 feet in the air might be detrimental to the passengers, so you should get on the platform at least 5 minutes in advanced.

The train runs almost every hour on either side I just moved to union omg it’s killing me I have to find a better way to get from Newark to union, I have to wait 26 minutes every evening on the train only to ride 1 stop (9 minutes) to union

Very modern station on the NJ transit Raritan line, close to Newark penn station and the amazing Kean University.
