I have been taking my car here for several years, as my daughter's school is in the area. They are efficient, friendly, and do a great job. Unfortunately with COVID they cannot clean interiors. I miss that, as the interior is more important to me than the exterior. But, it's smart, keeps everyone safer. My only wish is that you could purchase an unlimited plan that included the interior.
this car wash is not honest as they will charge your credit card monthly the same amount you spent, use your information without you knowing it and very bad manner to handle my complain. as a customer, i will never go back and will not recommend this business to anyone.
Good service. Highly recommended for those in area. Also, free coupons if you get your Honda serviced next door.
I went to wash my car this morning for the first time, as I recently moved to Princeton. This place has great reviews, so I was confident they would do a good job. I spent $30 for a one-time wash (I wanted to check the quality before purchasing an unlimited pass). Underneath my car there are still mud stains and countless leaves. The rims and tires are still dirty, even though everything should have been brought to a shine. I am appalled by the poor quality of the job they've performed on my car. They superficially washed the exterior and interior, and that was it.I wanted to leave a good tip, but I left without tipping and will not be coming back. If you want your car washed well, please look elsewhere and DO NOT go here!
Was skeptical after reading few negative reviews.nnTo my surprise, Major Car Wash was very quick & efficient. The staff were very clear with directions & the owner was polite.nnThey should create a separate lane for vacuum.
