My boyfriend and I went through Ashcraft real estate services for our first home and we weren’t disappointed. John Ashcraft is a fantastic realtor. He listened to everything that we wanted and was able to show us tons of houses in the areas we requested. He set up tours of houses for us within a few days of saying we wanted one. He worked with our work schedule and we were able to go into the office after work to do paperwork. He never left any questions unanswered and answered them promptly. He worked quick and efficiently to get us into our home. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly.

John Ashcraft provided excellent service in assisting us with selling our home. He was detailed, quick to respond and made honest suggestions. He utilizes multiple sources to advertise his listings online getting it out to as many viewers as possible. I feel like this made a big difference in selling our home. I would highly recommend Ashcraft Real Estate Services whether buying or selling a home.
