We rented a home with Florida Star Vacations and had a lovely time! The process was easy and the home was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was so relaxing to come back to our own private pool where the kids could play and we could save by eating in a few nights. The home was close to the attractions. I would highly recommend renting from them and will definitely be back!

We booked our annual family vacation with FL Star Vacations which included 2 large homes at Champions Gate Resort. The homes looked just like the pictures. They were so spacious and offered more than enough room, beautiful decor, game room, pool/spa and themed kids rooms, which they just loved. We were in close proximity to the resort pool and play area. We had a great stay and will definitely book again through this company. The booking process was easy and smooth and all my questions throughout the months of planning were always answered promptly. No check-in facility to go to first, like in past visits, we were able to go straight to the home. It was effortless and all about enjoying our stay once we arrived in Orlando. Thank you for a great vacation!

I have used Florida Star Vacations the last 2 times I have visited Orlando and have stayed in 2 different properties. The experience has been amazing both times and both homes were clean and easy to access. The price was perfect for our budget and the emails and phone calls were always returned quickly with answers to my questions.

I rented a home through this company off of airbnb. 2 days later my reservation was canceled. I was told by the company that they listed the home at the incorrect price and if I wanted to pay another $2000 I could still rent the homeud83eudd23 when I refused to pay more than what I had already paid my reservation was canceled. My reservation was accepted and confirmed by the host so you should uphold your part, if you make a mistake as a company you should uphold the reservation. I work in the customer service business also and if we make an error in pricing we are required to honor that price, same should go for you. DO NOT RENT FEOM THESE PEOPLE! Do yourself a favor and find a different company, there are SOOO many in Orlando.
