Used Patrick to sell a wooded 7 acre tract on Hwy 42, was under contract in 14 days and then purchased a new home with him under a 1031 Exchange. Patrick is very good at what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. He applys what you have to say pertaining to your property towards the sale. He is very up to date with all listings within multi county area. Patrick also has excellent working relationships with other realtors and lots of contacts to conduct business. I had an excellent experience with Patrick with the selling and purchasing of real estate. Thanks again Patrick.

We always thought that being our own real estate agent for shopping for a home made the most sense. We thought it would save us money and we could see the same homes for sale as any Realtor could. However, Patrick proved that wrong. He first sold us a home that wasn't on the market in 2009. He negotiated a wonderful deal, for a home that we wouldn't have been able to see, and helped arrange for financing as well.
