Subway

I like this little subway. I come in 2-3 times a week for lunch. All the associates are pleasant, polite, focused and hard-working. They are also patient when the line is long. No attitudes at all! A welcomed change from other places!

I'm not going to sugarcoat it: this is the worst subway I've been to. I've stopped multiple times over the past few years when I was out running errands and needed a quick lunch, and every experience was frustrating. At this point I would rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else, even if it would be convenient to eat here when I'm already at Walmart. I'm adding a star because whenever I've been there it seemed like everything was clean and the food was very fresh. But somehow every time I'm there, they employees are working at a snail's pace. I thought the first time maybe it was an off night or just one employee who doesn't typically work the line. But getting sandwiches made for me, my husband, and daughter, should not take 10 minutes.nThe plus side is the line never looks very long, but maybe that's because everyone else has had similar experiences and just steer clear.

The workers there are usually on their P's and Q's. Everything is there and we never had to wait for cookies or something that they had forgotten to make or stock up on. Sandwiches are delicious and very well-made.

I usually stop at Subway when I’m traveling however last night I wanted something quick, easy and different. This subway was impressive from the top notch customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the product which was fresh. The route 66 location in Neptune, NJ with in Applebees Plaza.

A girl named Whitney made my sandwich and she was very sweet and diligent. I could tell she cares about her job and was trying her hardest and that is so admirable. I wanted to tell her how great she was doing but I didn't get the chance. I hope to see her there more, I am a faithful customer so I can tell she is new but I really like her and I hopenjoy she can make more sandwiches for me!
