I was at store to pick up food for somebody else.but their people are so rude.especially black short guy he discriminate me in front of other customers.and their was no reason to do that.very bad example of customer service.definitely not going back

I just left Jersey Mike's and had to share that my experience was great. The staff was so professional and friendly, the energy was so positive. What a great team !

So polite every time you go in to pick up your order. Lots of places don’t even greet you. Such friendly staff right now and great attitude not to mention quality subs! Thanks for making this time a better one (pandemic and all).
