Good luck, with this place. If you know where your item is, then you will be fine. But if you need to ask someone who works there, then good luck. The employees don't even know what is in the store. They will just look at the signs hanging over the isles, I already did that!?!?!

Cashier and manager declined to honor the coupon for $5 off any pittsburgh pro ratchet, staying it wasn't an official HF coupon. I've used it before with no issue. Cashier warned me not to get coupons from anywhere but the official website because of the risk of *viruses*. Seriously.nnIt's a shame because this location is convenient to me but I will shop at the next-nearest store from now on, which I can't go to as often.
