Be consistent with your parking violations in front of PLAINFIELD HIGH SCHOOL. I seem to be the only one who gets ticketed, YET other vehicles are parked beyond the “sign” EACH AND EVERY DAY and do NOT get tickets. Get it together.

2 officers were very polite. Ms.Garvey was very polite and professional. The white lady at the counter, thought I was there for something else. Very Nasty! Told me to come back at 2. I’m not here for you B;;;/h !! Thank you to the 3 proffesionals. I would of given 5* but that mean lady!

i can not get through to proper department to get info on my police report, automative system does not allow me to get pass the main menu.

I see other complaints on here as well regarding the automated system.nIf you call the non-emergency line none of the prompts work and you left with no option but to hang up. About 7 months ago I called to let them know of a loose dog that was wandering in the street (he was aggressive) and couldn’t get through to anyone. Ended up having to call 911. I’ve called for other non emergency matters and the system hasn’t worked in close to a year. I’ve let the police chief, fire chief, municipal workers, lots of people know and it’s never gotten fixed.nI can’t imagine how many people have called to report something that just give up. You literally press every # to get through to someone and can’t.
