Great police department!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Officer William Loften in assisting me, a motorist in distress. My car broke down as I was driving along Washington Valley Road, and I was in one of those area that my phone had no service. As I was standing there waving for help. Officer Loften was on his daily patrol. He stoped, and he coordinated the toll service and stayed with me till they arrived. His calm presence and professionalism left me thankful as I am sitting here warm and safe at home reflecting my experience today. Thank You Officer Loften, you are my angel today.

The idea the ladies and gentlemen (most notably Officer Yaccarino and one of them with a last name consisting of the letters D, Z, J) of this police force have is that rather than protecting and serving the community, they should bully children and make arrests in order to show their loyalty and activity within the police force rather than make them in the best interest of the community. If you were a policeman dealing with a 14 year old child and immigrant parents, neither of which had ever encountered the police before, would you threaten them with false claims and abuse their civil liberties? I would hope not, but these men don't see it that way. They have threatened to detain minors in jail overnight, failed to mention the potential for court subpoenas, and purposefully don't mention that you have the option to not speak and call a lawyer so that they may coax you into speaking for a tape interview. These men are over-paid and are not worth a single penny of the arm and a leg that the town taxes charge to support them. You would think they were paid like the NYPD according to their professionalism and behaviour. Racist, power-hungry, and unintelligent is how I would go about describing these men. It is a disgrace to an otherwise wonderful town.

Childish, ignorant of the laws they're paid to enforce, unprofessional, in need of retraining, an embarrassment to all LEO. Will arrest you for public photography.
