Lowe's Home Improvement

This was my first visit to this location. We went to get plants, soil,fence and everything related to garden. I must say it is well stocked and very nicely arranged. They keep announcing for covid protocols. The staffs were very friendly and nice. I will be definitely visiting here again. Highly recommended.

Almost everything you could possibly need for do it yourself home projects including paints, plumbing, electrical and special orders. Large selection of various brands of tools. Great place to shop as long as you know what you want and where it's located. Only down side is employees don't seem interested in helping much and some aisles are congested with ladders and displays.

A couple of days ago I purchased a snow blower and Lowe’s team member by the name of Jonathan Bernstein was very helpful. He had a kind demeanor and was very patient. He helped us put it in car. It was challenging to do it, but with someone else’s help, we were able to. Throughout the whole process Jonathan was very professional and patient. I also observed him while I was waiting for information on the snow blower and he was approaching clients and asking them if they needed help, and he had a pleasant demeanor. He asked me how my day was going, etc.. He is definitely an asset to your store. He needs to be commended. Thank you, Jon!

Lowes had everything I needed to assist in moving. I had placed 2 separate on-line orders and waited to get the signal that both orders were ready for pickup.nAfter creeping up and down a couple of car isles I gave up. I finally found a sign for curbside.nI called the phone#, got a representative and began to explain what was happening. You see, one order was a curb pickup, the other was in a locker. I was immediately put on hold; but only for a second. BTW, those are the longest seconds invented!!nI walked inside. My boxes, & tape came from the back. Then he typed in a code in the locker for the bungees.nLong story short, curbside pickup failed, but a very nice guy put my boxes on a large thing with four wheels and brought it out for me.nThe end!

I was very happy ud83dude43that they were open till 8:00 on Sunday night I could get the part I needed and turn my hot water back on in my house and didn't have to wait till tomorrow ud83cudf1e
