Jersey Mike's Subs

I decided to go for a picnic yesterday and chose Jersey Mike's as the place to get my sandwiches. So gooood! I ordered online using the app and it was ready when I walked into the store. Staff was very friendly and the sandwiches were delicious! I got the BLT (#2?) and the sub supreme (#9) ud83dude04

Needs a whole lot of improvement with the efficiency of online ordering. I placed an online order at about 11:13 for pickup asap and 11:49 was the computer generated pick up time. I got there at around 11:45 and the order wasn't done. Fair enough, I am early. The 11:49 pick up time also came and went. At this point it was 12:05. The very nice and apologetic employees stated that they were just now getting to online orders and mine should be up shortly. The priority was customers that walked in, which I do not find fair if I pre-placed and prepaid for an order long before walk ins did. This wasn't just isolated to myself, there were 6 of us waiting for our online orders. There needs to be a designated to go order person and/or more than one for the lunch time rush. The added kicker was that after I got back to work, my order was incorrect. Not impressed, but I will be more than happy to update my review if/when I ever decide to go back.

I am a fan of Jersey Mike’s and a store finally opened up in my home town. But this store still needs work. I usually order wraps and the last few times it’s not cut in half. If I was going home it wouldn’t be a big deal, but I’m picking up my food before I go to work. So it’s very annoying. Hopefully this store steps up there game soon.

Excellent spot to have some food when in a rush. Their service is prompt, prices are affordable, excellent ambience. Keep up the good work

High quality ingredients make for great subs. However when the shop is very busy I have seen orders getting mixed up. Its best to double check your items before leaving the shop.
