Romano Pizza

Ordered 2 large pizzas a 2 mozzarella sticks, almost spent $70 on the whole order which I thought was a bit much. I kind of understood that it was snowing so the delivery fee was high, but honestly it was not worth it. I have ordered large pies before but mine came back smaller this time. I know I was not crazy when I looked at it. Not only that but it didn't taste fresh. The crust was very chewy and the cheese was slightly burned. We ate it anyways because it was late and they just closed.Then the mozzarella sticks was definitely not the same as the picture although they did taste better than the pizza. Very disappointed. It was expensive for no good reason. I had to order another large pie from Charlie's Cafe that is a few blocks away. Their pizza was wso much better. It tasted fresh, it was a large, and at a reasonable price.

Been all over the states and I have to say this pizzeria is phenomenal, spectacular pizza, spectacular. Just the right amount of cheese crust and sauce, been here many times and never disappointed, staff is friendly. Also the soup is one of my favorites now including the pizza with pasta slice, not to mention the chicken grilled hot subs! This place is absolutely great , late hours always available when I need them! Thankyou romanos family!

I don’t usually over hype restaurants, I ordered pizza as a last resort since there wasn’t really anything else I would’ve wanted. However, I ordered from here, it’s my first time getting food from this place and I absolutely loved it! The pizza was amazing, cooked very well along with the toppings I got. Also got it way sooner than I expected. Overall an amazing place to get food from!

Waited 2 hours for my order which was pizza and a chicken sandwich. When I finally received my order my food was cold. The delivery guy was on my street for 10 min looking for my building which is very easy to locate. I'm not sure why but the delivery man went into a parking lot that had it's gate opened momentarily. Unfortunately I did not have the key for this gate so I had to help him find someone who did have a key let him back out. That took about 15 to 20 min. He didn't have his mask covering his nose and mouth either. The guy was either having a bad day or delivery isn't something he is good at. I'm very disappointed with this business customer service. They don't even try to offer anything to make up for the bad service.

I might be the only person here not ordering pizza at a pizzeria (which is totally out of character for me) but it was only because we were just coming back from Maine, so had been eating very heavy foods for the entire weekend. I needed a salad and there happened to be a Door Dash summer pizza deal, and I had ordered from their sister restaurant before, so we decided to give Romano's a try.nnFor a rainy Thursday at 9:30 pm before LDW, it was poppin. There were people in line (before and after me) and people calling in to place orders. Most people were social distancing except this one guy who worked there, who wasn't even wearing a mask inside. He was also just sitting there on his phone while this one poor guy had to answer the phones and handle the walk-in customers. I arrived about 5 minutes before my pick-up time but ended up waiting 20 minutes, so that was a little bit annoying - especially since I only ordered a Caesar wrap, and tossed salad. I was very happy with the food though. The salad portion was big. I added chicken to it and they definitely did not skimp on that.nnI do want to come back and try their pizza but if I do another pick-up order, I'll just make sure to come after my pick-up time. I would also order a pie, since their slices look like they have been sitting out. At least if I order a pie, I know it's made fresh.
