Marsha was literally a shot in the dark for me. I called some agencies about being a buyer's agent and she was everything I needed and more. Great experience, I was impressed by Marsha Clark. I told her what I want and she found plenty of homes that fit what I was looking for. I even found one of my own and told her about it and she told me why I wouldn't like it. I drove by and she was right, she knows the area and she listens.
