We were relocating out of state, and Daniel made the sale of our home a quick and painless process. He offered some great tips to help spruce up the house for sale and took some great pictures. He was very knowledgeable of the market values of homes in our area and listed accordingly. We had multiple offers the first day of listing and it was smooth sailing all the way up to closing. Daniel even checked up on us after we moved away to see how we were doing. I highly recommend his services.

Daniel Mudd is the best Realtor that I have dealt with in over 40 years of buying homes and property. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable of all real estate matters. Always on top of searching for a home for us with loads of emails and homes to look at. Very nice guy who goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. Daniel Mudd is also a very trustworthy man with high principles. A absolute pleasure to work with. If you need a home or just property, Mr. Mudd is the man for the job. Daniel is amazing to work with and work for. I work with Daniel to develop marketing videos for homes. He's so hard working - painting, selling, moving, calling. He always taking time speaking with clients and working on better ways to serve them and increase the value for his clients. He's also fantastic to be around and work with, he's kind and a really great person. I love working with Daniel.

Daniel recently helped us sell our home and purchase our new one. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out with the sale of our old home. He assisted in painting, trim, and preparation to sell our home. He was masterful in the negotiation process for our new home and got us the deal we deserved.
