Police Department-1st Precinct

I just want to thank The Sergeant and Officers, and Officer Hazel Eyes. Who helped me today. I had come to them with an uneasy feeling when we couldn’t find my brother, it was out of his character for no one to have contact. Even though there is a 24 wait suggested, they empathized with a sister just looking for answers of her brother’s whereabouts. They didn’t dismiss it, or treat me like it wasn't right be worried, they took much interest and allowing me to tell them about the type of person he is. I never felt rushed, or unimportant, and that gesture of empathy and patience will forever be appreciated and remember.nnHe is safely with his wife and children, no details or full whereabouts. But at this point I’ll take it. He’s safe. We never realize how precious life is, how short it could be or how much a person means to you, until you’re met with that unknowing, uneasy, feeling.
