Ambassador Fish and Chicken

Chicken always good. Service always polite. Inside always clean. Can't eat in but your wait is short and your chicken is hot and fresh. (Call ahead for more than an order of twenty wings.)

Grossly disappointed with my order this evening.nHaving ordered 10 whitings and ten wings and waited long enough for them to be made fresh... they weren’t!!! Tried calling to voice my displeasure, they didn’t pick up . Of course, every one is upset!

I don't think I will return, very disappointed. I stopped to get dinner after a very long day. Only to taste food that was cooked in burnt oil. Everyone complained, I was so embarrassed, the chicken and fish were obviously cooked in the same oil because they both had the same burnt taste. What Happened Ambassador, you had a great reputation! The counter help was just ok, the chefs should know better, good food is a must at all times.

I can't imagine why someone in this restaurant thought this was suitable to package and deliver. Thanks to Uber eats for processing my refund. However, Ambassador need to be ashamed for sending this out. If this is what you think of my hard earned money you do not deserve my business. This was horribly disrespectful!!! Buyer beware!!!
