I go here often and everytime something is forgotten, either they forget to wipe down the dash or the cup holders or there's water streaks on the windows or the car itself.

When I first came to this shop I had a 2004 Infiniti that I just bought. The engine was making noise. The mechanic told me I needed a new engine. I took it to my mechanic in Brooklyn 400 dollar catalytic converters repair was needed. Ran great for 2 years until I sold it. So I figured he was amateur bring him small jobs from now on. So I bought my sister a Chevy Blazer. The brake light was out and it was a line issue. I told him I bought the car for her to drive back to SC please check the necessities. His secretary/ Girl friend says “it has temp tags take it to them” WOW Started at 9am. At 6pm he gave me the car back and said we were good. Got on the road an hour later over heated. Found out from from another mechanic if he would have done the Radiator we wouldn’t have lost a whole engine. Not to mention had my Infiniti towed to him. He did a axle repair. Left the car uncovered for two days with no wheel. I got it back and it now needed brakes. This mechanic needs to do oil changes and brakes, that’s it. His girlfriend needs to make coffee and take money no advice needed. Horrible experiences will never return not even for a car wash!
