Lovely little family run store in New Milford, serving all home made good stuff.nnI put in a take out order for Tuesday lunch, via their website. It was very easy to pick my items, add special instructions, and complete the payment for my order.nnMy order was ready within 5 minutes, and the owner was really kind to call me and let me know it was ready for pick up.nnThe store is in a local plaza, looks tiny from outside, but I was kinda surprised how large and pretty it was inside. The tables are all distanced from each other, still plenty of room for customers to walk easily to the counter. The owners at the store were super nice and extremely gracious that I had put an order for the first time.nnMy Chicken platter was stuffed with lots of chicken, rice, a soft and fluffy pita bread, plus luttuce and cucumbers. Two sauces comes free with the order. IMO, spicy mayo is the best one among the four choices. We arrived at this restaurant for a meeting. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, we were not disappointed. the crew were so friendly and we felt very good. The meal was great. We loved this place very much and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

Shout out to Gyro House! Best food and best service! Every time I come the customer service is exquisite and I just had it today and it was no different. They are always committed to great service and are always friendly. The employees really make the experience that much better. The atmosphere is great and liked the idea that it has a very modern style. Most importantly every food on their menu tastes delicious and always fresh. Can’t wait to go back !

Gyro House has met all my expectations..the fresh thinly sliced gyro cut in my wrap and platter is beyond delicious!! With the red chili and garlic sauce on it all home made..the steak and cheese platters and pita wraps also were amazing.. to their famous cheeseburgers. Must try!! My weekly to go ..my to go place 3-4 times a week. You won’t regret it. Best gyros in town!!

So I’m torn on this review. I have been craving a gyro for some time now. So this place had great reviews and I had to make the trip. Ok to the pros. The meat and inside of the gyro was perfect. I honestly couldn’t ask for anything differently. But the cons where actually heartbreaking. It’s not a gyro! It’s a wrap. When I think of gyro my mind goes to a soft pillowy pita. Not a rubbery wrap. I think this place would be wise offering up the gyro on a pita. They offer it with the platter so why not?nI really wanted to ding them another star but yes the guts of the wrap where that good and maybe they do offer it on a pita if I asked. But I really feel that should have been on the menu or offered. Plus the staff was extremely nice and efficient.
