A chilly evening is a good time to have a hot bowl of soup, so my son and I stopped in at the Zupa’s at Jordan Landing. I ordered my soup and had to ask for the tortilla strips. That’s okay though because I know there are people who don’t want them. When I asked for the chips and some cheese, the worker said that there’s a charge for cheese. I was willing to pay but I decided to ask how much when she scooped up the tiniest spoonful, then shook the spoon to make sure the spoon was barely covered. She said that the pinch (because that’s how much it was) of cheese was 69 cents, I was expecting it to be about a quarter if they were inflating the price. The soups also come with a bread roll. I used to look forward to the roll but this was obviously from a package and it was stale. It makes me sad that they are sacrificing quality for the almighty dollar. At least the soup was good, and it was nice and hot .

Had a great time the salads was good my son not to crazy about the Mac-n-Cheese. Husband didn't realize that avocados was on his salad. But other then that it was great.

I ordered a nuts about berries salad for curbside pickup and my blackberries were MOLDY and they forgot the nuts.. when I called to let them know the lady on the phone told me the best they could do to correct their mistake was to have me come in today only and get a reorder. I was very nice on the phone cause I mainly wanted to just let them know what kind of food was getting sent out. I don’t have time to pick up more food cause I have an appointment to get to. Learn better customer service I eat there a Often but I won’t if that’s how you guys treat your customers when you guys are the ones that messed up.

Zupas is one of my favorite restaurants! They have wonderful soups, my favorite are the tomato basil and cauliflower. They also have great sandwiches and I've heard the salads are great, all for a good price! I would highly recommend!
