I placed an order on the app and came in 15 min after the expected completion time but still had to wait another 15 minutes because they hadn’t even started my sandwich while prioritizing the customers in store over my order. It was 45 min from the time I placed the order to when it was ready. It would have been faster to walk in and order than order online. I only did it for the discount, but the few bucks it saved me weren’t worth my time.
I just ordered 2 tuna salads online, sent my son to pick them up, he came back with 2 items that I can't call a salad because the main ingredients was missing... THE LETTUCE. Sent my son back to have them make the order right, at least put salad in our salad or make us new one's correct this time. NO they handed him a container of lettuce. No, I am sorry, we apologize nothing, the kid behind the counter got mad and just handed him a container of lettuce. Yep, never will I go back. Thanks Subway. WORST SERVICE EVER……
I sure wish I would have checked the reviews for this location before placing my order.
I am Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied about the service that was provided tonight.
The female working was so rude and impatient with my grandmother who was picking up our online order.
All 3 of our sandwiches were made incorrectly, with added items that were not placed on our order/receipt.
I did an online order at the 9000 south and 4000 west store and when I picked up our sandwiches they were not customized at all. I was very upset! So I called in and talked to Kelsi she had been on her break when my order was done but she handled the situation amazingly. She remade our food herself and was so sweet and funny that I couldn’t possibly be mad. This was not the first time our online order were screwed up. Kelsi isn’t a manager but if she were I feel like this would not be happing so often. Thanks kelsi!
