Okay, it's fast food but I am rating on the overall experience. First time I ever bought the smokehouse sandwich, it comes with sliced smoked brisket, fried onions, barbecue sauce, cheese and mayonnaise between a seedless bun. However, I requested no fried onions not a huge fan and I did not know there was mayonnaise or I would of removed that ingredient as well. Tasty sandwich but wish it had a tad more barbecue sauce. Overall though the flavor was pretty decent. I kinda felt like I was at a barbecue pit. It had a good aroma of smoke. Customer service was decent, and I am commenting on it because it seems like a lot of places we go to as of late are lacking. So THANK YOU Arby's workers for your excellent, warm, pleasant and going the extra mile to make it an enjoyable experience.

It's good but when someone orders a cinnamon caramel shake, please make sure it's what you serve the customer. The vanilla shake I received was boring. Other wise the food is delicious

They are not busy at the moment when I went there there was nobody.. Also online were it says live status it says they are not busy but they still send me around to the other side to wait for my food and every time they do that I don’t get all the stuff I asked for this time I didn’t even get straws for my drinks I asked for catch-up twice and arbys sauce and received zero it’s every single time I’ve been to this place and I go months in between because I get so sick of it try to give them a chance hoping for new management same disappointment think I’m done being disappointed by this Arby’s.. I strongly recommend you go to a different Arby’s if you want your food right
