Paul and Mark are always friendly. They're knowledgable of hardwares and their applications. Whenever I have a question, they always suggest a working solution. Because they're so close I save an hour compared a trip to nearest Home Depot or Lowes.

Terrible customer service. They should know how to try and solve the customer's needs. I had brought some parts that I didn't know the names to, but he insisted the installer to come and explain it to him. Basically, had no interest of assisting me. I don't recommend this store at all.
