The manager at this location anitra is very rude. She had the worst attitude and terrible customer service coming from here. I came here trying to order drinks and my friends were laughing because they said something funny. Because she heard us laugh she went on the speaker and yelled at us and told us if we were not going to order then we need to leave. There is no way she has the right to treat customers like this. I know from experience that employers need to have respect for their customers. The customers is always right. She needs to realize that and change her rude attitude toward customers.
Its arby's. Decent food, never enough sauces... Even after I always ask for extra. I guess it's my fault for not checking my order before I drive off. I still recommend this place.
My order was filled quickly and accurately, and it was hot! Tasted good too!
Probably the best gyro I have had in a long time!
I love Arby's but this location was the worst, it honestly took ten minutes to get from the order board to the window and there were only two cars ahead of us. Once at the window it took five more minutes to get an order. When I got home I saw the fries (see picture below). When I called to complain she refused to give me a receipt number and hung up on me.
