Dr. Detail Mobile Detailing

I had an appointment for 8:30 AM. When I arrived, they started working on my car right away and was done in 1hr30min. My car was filthy and I had doubts as to how much cleaning they could do. I was pleasantly surprised. The stains are gone, and the exterior looks like it just received a new coat of paint. I truly was impressed by the entire experience. Their professionalism was admirable. Alex, the owner, was very pleasant. Definitely going back.

I took my car to Dr. Detail because I'm having a baby and wanted a clean car to bring her home from the hospital. My car was an absolute mess when I brought it in. I could not be happier with the results. My car looks beautiful inside and out. The rugs look brand new! The gentleman who helped me was friendly and informative. I feel so happy to bring my baby home in a like new clean car. I recommend Dr. DETAIL HIGHLY!

Great and surprisingly fast service. Maybe it was because it's during the pandemic, but overall they made our car look so clean inside and out. I would definitely come back again.

Purchased a Groupon for detailing, set an appointment, but had an issue. I tried to talk to them to reschedule, but could never get an answer. Left messages but never got a call back. I had to get a refund from Groupon, which wasn't even the full paid price.nnAddition in reply to owner:nI didn't have the chance to have service, since you're people wouldn't provide proper assistance. In addition, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude about my having a Groupon in the first place. I tried to give you an honest try, but you ignored my messages when I tried to get a new appointment.nI gave a review on the service, or lack thereof, that I received. In this case, it is a review of your customer service, and how you treat prospective customers.nnPS, looking at the other poor reviews you have a history of yelling at people who do not follow your POV. I see my experience is not an isolated incident.

I really had high expectations but I wouldn't recommend them at all. The windows was still dirty, wet spots, sticker residue, he ruined my inspection sticker (thankfully it's expired), and they need to change rags because there was lint stuck everywhere. I gave them a 3 star.. but since I have actual day light now I see that the work wasn't done that great. Dirt and water mark everywhere.
