We have our tank pumped twice a year due to challenges with our system. These guys are GREAT!!!! We are always able to get service within a couple of days. The guys are super friendly. Price is great too. Would never use anyone else!

We have had two emergency calls, and one troubleshoot call - for all three, the response time has been quick, the technicians professional, and the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend Rooter-Man to anyone who has any water issue. We have been very pleased with all facets of the Rooter-Man experience, and will continue to use them for any of our bigger troubles and emergencies.
On weekends the Rooter-Man that services your system can add an additional fee that they determine. In my case, 30 minutes of work and was charged almost $400.nnTo top it off, he did not fix the problem or do the work I requested. When my wife called to say the problem still existed, they were willing to return BUT for a new charge. We called Lakes Region Septic (NH) and they came within a couple hours and fixed the problem (did the work I asked Rooter-Man to do) and charged less than 1/2 what Rooter-Man. Did I mention this was also on a weekend?nnNot a company I would ever recommend anyone do business with.
Would not do bussiness with this companyJames came out and jetted system was told needed new septic line put to tank . quitter $$$4000.p.o. Had another company put in new line out to tank for$228.00
