Dropped off dry cleaning for my husband for the first and last time there. The older lady who works there is extremely rude. She found a way to complain about the shirts being on hangers, the shirts being buttoned up, and when we went to go pick it up she had a fit because we didn’t have the slip (the same slip she asked if I wanted her or I to hang on to, in which I said her because I knew it would end up lost on my part). I truly don’t understand people who work in customer service, that do not have any customer service skills.. If it wasn’t for both of the unpleasant encounters, I would give them 5 stars because the shirts were cleaned well and they’re reasonably priced.

Dave at Hampstead Dry Cleaners is very nice, easy to work with, and runs a friendly business. He did some work for a clothing drive, for the Bakie School in Kingston. He even offered to deliver the clothes for us. I will definitely be a returning customer:) thank you
