I waited 10 minutes past open for them to show up. Another woman was doing the same. No one ever came. Zero stars for no notice when their store hours said they would be open.
I am disgusted. I asked for a clean up, what I got was a completely different shape brow that is so thin and shapeless that it is going to take several trips to another threading business and months to get back what I had before it was ruined. Not only did she ruin my brows and make me look rediculous but she missed a bunch of obvious hairs that I have to pluck. Don't waste your time.
I never have problems getting in right away. The employees are friendly and thorough. The prices are the absolute best around!!!
Every time I've been there for threading, they have been excellent! I've never had to wait long and I've always been extremely satisfied with the results.
