Very welcoming and just so relaxing just what I needed can't wait to go back.
My first experience with Simplicity Salon was wonderful. I had Kris, who was very friendly and listened to my thoughts and opinions about the hair style I wanted. He also had a lot of knowledge to share on hair care and tips. He did an amazing job and gave me a hair cut that I am more than happy with to restore my confidence. I will definitely be returning there in the future and I recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun yet professional, relaxing salon experience!
I haven’t personally gone into this spa but have heard the women are very kind, and thorough with their jobs. A gift I bought for my mother who was in need of a haircut. She lived the experience and was pampered the whole time. I would say worth the money.
I went in for a haircut and I came in with photos of what style I wanted and did not get the cut I wanted. I wanted simple layers on my hair and all she simply did was cut four inches off my dry hair. I will not be going back to waste my $50 on a haircut style I did not want. She seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t give me the expected results on customer service.
Great experience, warm and friendly atmosphere, Molly is very talented !!!nHaving moved here in May of 2019, I am very pleased to have finally found a professional that I can trust to cut my hair in the Concord area!
