I'm not sure where to start. Exceptional - from the owner Jason right down to his office staff. I am the co-owner of a local restaurant who needed MAJOR work done at the start of one of our busiest seasons. Jason acted as our general contractor and took the worry right out of our hands. He worked around our schedule and accommodated us in every way he could. I highly recommend A Bee Septic. If I could give them more stars I would.

They have been servicing my rental as well as my home for over 10 years. Always seemed reasonable, and have always appreciated that they put emergencies over the routine pumping schedule changes that some seem to be bothered about. This is a full service septic company, not a basic pumping company, so I appreciate the prioritization especially when I have an emergency.

I had a problem with my septic system the stuff was leaking out of my lawn.nnI called and one of the owners was in my area came over and found that my pipe was broken off at my house. They wer able to fix the problem the next day and it's been working fine since. No hard sell just here is the problem here is how we can fix it.nnGREAT COMPANY

Back in December we had a septic system failure. Specifically our pump in the pump tank failed, so I started making phone calls. I decided to go with A-Bee septic which they were out here at the house within a couple of hours to assess the problem. Pumped the tank and they started looking at the pump tank to which it ended up being a steel container buried in the ground that was about the size of a trash can. We also didn't have a control switch for our old setup and no alarm panel indicating a potential problem. A-Bee septic got us up and running that day and scheduled us to get a new tank installed. There were a couple of delays with other emergency at other clients houses, but there was good communication throughout the entire process to when they'll get the work done for us. The actual work took two days to get the new tank in and connected, then another half day for the electrician and putting in the needed control and alarm panels. Overall dealing with A-Bee septic was easy, felt they were profession, and the prices were I think in line for the work that was performed. Thank you A-Bee septic!

Stay away. This company has cancelled on me TWICE this month, after I've dug out my septic tank TWICE. I have never had a problem in the past, but this is irritating beyond belief. A company that requires advance prep by their clients needs a backup plan in place to anticipate problems. This company clearly does not have any such plans. I will be taking my business to another company, and I suggest you all do as well.
