Where do I start? First off, it was an hour from entering the line (by the front door) to leaving with my food. 20 minutes from order to window. The food was awful. It had clearly been sitting around (but yet wasn't ready when we got to the window?). The fries were cold and old. The biscuits were cold as well and dry, they tasted like they were made this morning. The chicken was barely warm. The best part of the meal was the coleslaw! There was no butter either, or plasticware. The lady at the window was nice but....off. We were informed the teenagers were out of control. There was more focus on their own conversations rather than getting their customers orders. I now know one of the kids working had a grandparent who died 3 years ago and is just now finding out he has an inheritance. Spent a good deal of money on a meal that could barely be called edible.

I became a frequent guest of the franchise in the 80s, when I lived in the southwest. We could feed a family of three with only $10 in the 90s. After moving to NH 20 years ago, I was thrilled to discover a franchise close by. Unfortunately, they are not trained by the southern facility owners. The burritos have progressively shrunk to a third of the size and cost more. They do not serve breakfast or green Chile items. The northeast charters are consistently disappointing. This facility recently remodeled. They should have constructed a billboard on the land strip to the right, to allow those waiting in line to peruse the specials and meal options. It would help with sales and timing. Items with lettuce should be avoided. It is packaged to keep it crisp with a chemical that smells and tastes like bleach.

I have tried to get Taco Bell three times in the past month. All three times I have given up and gone to another fast food place in town after sitting in line for at least 20 minutes. At this point I've given up on ever having taco bell again, because I don't have 40 minutes to sit in line for food.

Everyone here is really nice and the food is always fresh. Love late night visits to Taco Bell. Meghan and Robert always make sure I have what I need before driving off.

Long line, but moved pretty quick. Food still hot when I got it. I had to use the online menu because you can't see the menu in line until you're right at the speaker, even then its still kind've hard to see, especially after dark.
