Very good food & fast service
SLOW. Somehow the downtown Keene one manages to be faster with 1 employee than this one is with 3. Constantly waiting, while employees walk through the service area and do nothing to help the 1 person making sandwiches / running register. I understand they have other responsibilities, but it is bad business and frankly rude to do nothing while your coworker struggles. It makes sense to me that they seem to have a lot of turnover as their employees are consistently frazzled and overworked. I've been here on multiple occasions, day and night, weekend and weeknight and it is always the same. Maybe if I come in at 10 am like another reviewer, I could get a sandwich in less than 20 minutes.
The manager is great, always accommodating, friendly and fast!
Stopped in at 10:30 in the morning not sure if they made subs that early but the lady said they make them as soon as they open. Always a good choice for a quick lunch.
