Mint Premium Carwash

I would have given negative reviews if I could.nnI had been to Mint a few times since last year and quickly became the place I would bring my car for a wash this winter. I came back because it's after winter season and my car had the normal salt and dirt and I went through the soft touch machine I had gone through before but this time it scratched my car all over the hood and completely down the roof and the sides. It also missed the entire back of the car.I hadn't realized until I got home and noticed weird scratches all over, some of which had newly exposed steel. So I went back to talk to the manager Matt. And while he was nice, took no responsibility for scratching my car and claimed several factors like my snow brush, cats, and dogs rubbing on the vehicle which I don't have either. And I have lived in New England for 13 years and have never taken off paint with snow brush to the point where the steel was exposed. I took my car to get an estimate on repairs and they will cost over $3000 to fix. So in other words. Don't use the soft touch and just wash your car at home. You'll save yourself a lot of money and heart ache.

One the one hand, I too, waited in line for 30 minutes just to get a car wash. On the other hand, this car wash has a large bay (one for the wash itself and one for the air dryer. This was our first time using this wash, and it's nice! Since I always choose the top wash for our car, I chose the top wash and the slogan was right! It really is a mint shine every time! Thank you, Mint Premium Car Wash! You made our car shinier than ever!

The soft touch side is great. Tried the touch less wash today and might have well just eaten a $20 bill. Stay to the right side or keep your cash.

I went thru the no touch side and it pitted my windshield like there was sand in the system. Tires and lower part of truck still had dirt on it. I will never go back to them.

I do a better job with just garden hose..not a 16$ One either
