I have known Shannon for many years. If you are looking for a realtor you can have total trust and confidence in there is not a realtor in the market I would recommend higher than Shanon. He will work hard, and make sure the entire process of buying or selling a home is as easy as possible for you.

Shannon Denniston is one of the most honest men I know with the highest integrity. Genuine. Compassionate. Deliberate. And from a real estate perspective, he's not going to put someone into anything that he wouldn't want his family in, and he wants the consumer to understand exactly what they're getting and to have their expectations met and exceeded. For all of my friends and family in the Central Kentucky area, I highly recommend giving Denniston properties strong consideration.

The owner of this company is actively, publicly, and disruptively supporting reopening our state when it is far from safe to do so, which reflects poorly on the county that he serves and compromises the safety of his tenants. Note: this review was originally on their Facebook page which has since been removed.nnWhile I completely support freedom of speech, I could not encourage giving business to this company when this is all said and done as it doesn’t seem like their interests are client-focused.
