Riverside Discovery Center

We enjoyed our time here! Masks were required when you couldn't social distance, but I don't think anyone actually wore one. It was a nice small zoo, totally worth the drive from Cheyenne!nnThe kids loved feeding the lake animals, my son wanted to get more food to feed the fish. Definitely entertaining. The dino dig area was cute, shaded so huge plus!nnThe animals were mostly sleeping but we got there around 10:30 so I just figured it was the time of day. Our visit was about an hour and a half. Definitely a lot busier when we were leaving.

Fantastic place to stop and let the kids stretch their legs! We lesiurely spent about 90 minutes here around 10am on a Saturday, not crowded at all. You are able to get amazing pictures of the animals and they interact with the public.

Great place to take children to learn about nature and wildlife. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Nice variety of animals The new Bear exhibit is very nice.

It’s a good place to spend weekend with kids. They have absolutely amazing monkeys, gorgeous peacocks.

Not bad for a small town zoo! I loved seeing all of the animals!
