My parents asked me to write this review for them about their recent experience with Wiese Plumbing:nnWe appreciate your excellent work. Thank you for being professional, timely, and courteous. We are very pleased with our experience and would recommend to anyone!

Called around 8 am this morning as we had discovered our water heater was leaking last night. They were pretty booked up, but they were able to get someone out to take a look at it within an hour or so of our call. The gentleman confirmed we’d need a new hot water heater (as our suspicions assumed). He told us it’d probably be tonight before someone could get out, which was fine, we were told they were pretty booked up. I get a call a little later from their office; they let me know they were able to move around some other appointments to get our new water heater installed. A little later we have two gentleman show up, install our water heater. All in all, they diagnosed our problem and got us a new water heater installed at a fair price before noon, same day. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and sense of urgency in our new homeowner time of need. Thank you guys very much!

Would not recommend, and it may not be for a reason you'd expect.nnI travel a lot for my job, so when we had a leak that needed fixed, I encouraged my wife to call a plumber and have someone come take care of it for us since I was not available. Based on the positive reviews, my wife called Wiese. The plumber came, did a good job, and completed the work quickly.nnA few days later my wife got a bill in the mail, and had some questions about the amount (because again, the plumber completed the work so quickly and the part replaced cost $2 according to the work order). She was transferred to the owner/manager who then proceeded to verbally attack my wife. As someone who has worked in customer service all their life, this is absolutely unacceptable. A simple explanation of the bill after the fact, or better yet, an explanation of minimum charges before starting work, would have sufficed.nnThis is not about the money. This is not about the quality of workmanship. This is about the way my wife was treated. I should not receive a call while I'm travelling on business with my wife crying on the other end of the phone because of the way she was treated by a service provider.nnMy recommendation: Wiese does a fine job by plumbing standards, but it is not a business I would recommend to friends or family based on our interaction.

I want to thank the team at Wiese plumbing for their outstanding, consistent, professional service. My residence is in Bellevue and I have rental property in Omaha. Omaha area, big name plumbing companies, were a disappointment. Thankfully, I found Wiese - even paid a trip fee, in earlier years, to get them to come to Omaha, from Fremont. Wiese has done; water heaters, dishwashers, shower / sink faucets and a complete re-plumbing of a kitchen for me. Worth every penny.
