We had B&D install a new water heater and water softener in our home and were very pleased with their work, professionalism, and timeliness. They finished the job only a few days after we initially reached out and were very helpful during the process. Their pricing was reasonable, and after the job was done they sent us a thank you card with cookies. This was our first time working with B&D and we would definitely go with them again!

Today B&D's Keith Bryan replaced our garbage disposal with an upgraded model. We had an early appointment (first of the day) at 8:00 AM and he arrived in our driveway exactly on time (or perhaps a few minutes early)nnTook a look at the situation, verified my thoughts, installed the new device, handled the paperwork and was on his way in about 45 minutes.nnDon't you like it when a plan works perfectly?nnThanks B&D !!

We had Christian and Reece come out today to do our yearly inspection and they were both awesome young men. They did a very thorough job and even took a minute to say hi to our dogs. I highly recommend B&D Plumbing not just based off of today’s visit but the amazing service we receive every time we need them.

Called on a Saturday and they did an excellent job of quickly calling back, and communicating throughout the process. They did a great job of making my needs seem a high priority. Haden showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Very helpful, with great knowledge. Professional and personable. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Never received estimate on work needed, then after installation was done the price was exorbitant, and a flat rate. They would not itemize it for me and I've emailed them multiple times and I've called them multiple times all saying that they would get back to me. They never did. They will lie to you. Do not use them. Not respecting of the customer.
