Water heater burst and needed to shut off water to the unit in order to replace. Was unable to do so through a separate plumber, but Mike and Joe came out and fixed the problem for us. I was thinking we were going to be jumping through hoops for a week until we got this issue fixed, but Mike and Joe fixed the issue within 2 hours of me speaking with them. Couldn't be happier with their service and quality of work and although I hope I won't have another issue where I need to contact them, they're going to be my first call if an issue does come up.

So impressed with the service of this company. Will never use any one else. Goes above and beyond what is called for, explains everything. Can't say enough good things about Mike and his son Joseph.....Thank you both....They were here three times on different jobs, happy with all jobs.

The team at Sunrise Plumbing is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were able to install my watersofter and replace a decent amount of piping in no time. I have used several plumbers in the past and I finally found one that I will continue to use. THANK YOU SUNRISE PLUMBING!

Was very unimpressed by the service. Mike put in a reverse osmosis for us and took out the old one we had. He told me the only line he didn’t replace was the one line going to the fridge. I thought that line must be fine then if he never said anything about it or asked if we wanted it to be replaced. Less than 24 hours later, that line was pouring out water into our laundry room and I didn’t notice until the next morning. Our carpet downstairs and laundry room was all full of water. Called up mike and he came out and didn’t want to take any responsibility for the incident. Said it wasn’t his fault and we needed to submit it to our insurance. He was very rude about the situation and said “well it wasn’t leaking when I left”. He didn’t offer to take any money off our bill or help pay for the restoration company to come out. My husband looked and said it cracked where they connected the old line and the new one. Was very disappointed by the way I was treated especially because he knew my husband since his was little and was friends with his dad. Will not be using him again and will not be recommending him to anyone.

Over the past 5 years I've used Sunrise Plumbing and couldn't have made a better choice. Mike is great to work with, gives several options, ideas and even gave me a few things to try prior to him coming out, WHO does that?nVery satisfied
