I was involved in an accident back on Nov 10th on 15th street. A lady I was following veered into the opposite lane (on coming traffic lane) and started slowing down. I slowed down because I had no idea what she was doing. No blinkers or any acknowledgement that I was clearly following her. She then came back out into traffic attempting to 90 degree back into her driveway. As she did this I could not get stopped in time and had no where to go to avoid her vehicle. And the police dept put the blame on me. I back the blue 100% but frustrated that this incident was put on me. Thanks North St. Paul Police for all your very good service. Hah!
