Dave was great! Very responsive; good online appointment scheduler; friendly and easy to talk to; professional and thorough in diagnosing and explaining the issues. Very professional, responsive, and quality of work was top-notch! It was very easy to schedule an appointment and Dave was on time as promised. Dave is incredible. He's upfront with his recommendations and his prices are unbelievable considering his years of experience. He installed 3 new faucets with shut off valves and replaced our seriously decrepit outdoor waterline shut off. He was fast, efficient, and great to work with. I would call on Twin City Pipeworks for any plumbing need.
Other service: replace kitchen sink. Dave was great. On time, clear about price up front, and good quality work. Although he originally planned for a couple of hours work, the sink I bought didn't fit, so we figured out a solution where he would come back in the afternoon to install the new sink after I bought a different one. He did not charge extra for the added time to come back, and the final result was really nice in a non-standard situation.
Hired Dave to correct some DIY work under my sink. Very politely gave me some pointers and explained what was wrong.nnShowed up right on time and was very efficient, in and out in about 30 minutes.nnAll in all, very pleasant experience with a very reasonable price tag.
