It was OK. The exterior was good. Interior could've been better. Left musky smell throughout car for days after service. Groupon made it affordable, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
Understaffed and they don’t give proper instruction on how to book an interior detail. I called the entire day Saturday to ask questions. No one answers the phone. Waited five days for my appointment. Drove up and teenage boy who claimed to be the manager said I had booked only a half hour express detail. Not the full detail I had purchased. I spent an hour preparing my car for it and getting my littles in the car to be turned away saying go on the website to book an hour and a half appointment which is scheduling out two weeks. He didn’t care that I wasted time booking driving in and offer me nothing for the inconvenience. I asked if they care about customer experience. He stared at me like he was stoned. I asked for his manager. He said he was it and the owner Travis only comes in on Wednesdays. This place is an absolute dump.
Went to go get my first detail on a car EVER and my car was absolutely disgusting from my husband using it as a work car.nAt the end it was BEAUTIFUL and so clean.nI’m highly impressed and I will be coming back!
Pretty decent. They're not quite as good as some similar places nearby, but their prices are enough less to more than make up the difference.
Never a long wait if any to get in a stall. Reasonable price same as other washes. Vending machine always stocked. Also it's great they are 24 hrs.
