I just have to thank the Shakopee Police Department for their compassion and assistance today. From the dispatcher that listened carefully to my entire situation, and the officer that called me back, and the officers that waited for my daughter and even allowed her to use their phone to call me. My situation was certainly an emergency for me, but not for a police officer that deal with extreme situations and I am so thankful and blown away at the way they handled my concerns and I am immensely grateful.

I loved the service I got. I got a free ride to lodging where I was given free food and bed. On the way there they even made sure my car wasn't stuck on the freeway! The lodging was great and the food was awesome. The bologna was like mom used to give me and I even got an apple. So the staff was making sure my nutritional needs were being met. The staff made sure I was safe by locking my door and they even gave me some sweet bracelets to wear. The blanket was cozy and the bathroom was all stainless steel! Would come again!

I really appreciate the police force we have here in Shakopee, you always see them out on patrol, they are always friendly, and go to much greater lengths to help those in need. I just want to say thank you to all the men and women who are a part of this amazing team.
