We had a terrible episode with my daughter's Septic Lift Pump and the basement. I contacted La Roche's Septic and I cant tell you how wonderful it was to talk to this lady (Kathy) and how calming she made me feel and scheduled a service man to come out within a couple of hours. The service man represented the company wonderfully . He took a lot of time discribing what the problems were. THANK YOU
They charged us $440 to snake one drain! And they were in Cannon Falls driving thru our area anyway, and charged us milage from their office.nOn another visit they charge around $500 to pump our septic.nNice people but way over priced. Will be contacting the BBB.
Professional, friendly and very prompt with services.
First time I called. Toilets were clogged and my bathtub was over flowing.nThey fixed it and had me pay about $400.nSense then they've been here four or five times. I've asked multiple times for them to fix the piping.nThey said they did, obviously not.. each time La Roche's was here they were paidnclose to $400 each time.nNot to mention they swear at me, throw there cigarette butts all over, don't take off there shoesnand drag the mud from outside all over through the house, just completely disrespectful.nI would not recommend them.
We are grateful that a friend recommended La Roche when we had a drain problem. They came to our assistance on very short notice and provided professional, courteous, effective service.
