I have had White Bear Plumbing out to my house a number of times now... Each time was for what should have been quick and easy jobs, but due to the age and quirkiness of my house turned out to take much more time than either of us could anticipate. Every time they have gone above and beyond to solve my problems as quickly as possible including running all over the twin cities to find a hard to find part for my 70 year old faucet. Very happy with this company and will continue to call them whenever I need plumbing work done.
I hired White Bear Plumbing to locate and fix a leak inside my wall discovered by my heating company. Starting with my initial call, they listened to my concern, reviewed my photos, suggested how I could check further, and scheduled a call for two days later. I was impressed by how the plumbers thoroughly investigate the cause of the leak, and explained what needed to be done next. Although I regretted having to cut into my walls, they calmly explained repairs, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. Excellent work and service.
I have tried multiple plumbers before finding these guys. Their work is top notch! Priced fair and always take time to answer all my questions. Super respectful crew and made sure they didn’t leave my house a mess! Went above and beyond on all my projects from a simple toilet install to a complete shower tear out and install!
