We called Steve after recommendations from our family members. Our basement toilet wasn’t always flushing down and our basement floor drain was backing up when the washer would empty. Steve called me back in the evening and we set up an appointment up for the next day already. Steve called that morning and was able to come sooner than expected, which was great for us. Upon checking out the pipe situation in the basement, Steve let us know what to expect and was up front with the costs. An hour and a half later Steve was done and the problem was fixed. He found tree roots in our pipes and was able to remove them. Steve was friendly, prompt and communicated well with us about our plumbing concerns. We will definitely be calling Steve for any future sewer and drain cleaning.

We have used Steve several times since buying our home. He is punctual every time and gets the job done without issue. His pricing is fair and he is a super nice guy! We will continue to use his service and recommend him.

We had a New Years party in a couple of hours and found our kitchen drain was clogged. I called Steve and in twenty minutes he was here. Fair priced and a pleasure to have in our house. He saved our evening from a disaster. I highly recommend.
