I’m very upset with the issues with your equipment and problems within store. One employee was good the other was not. I had a medical emergency and was treated poorly by one of your staff. How do I email and contact to further discuss this? Otherwise I will post on social media and blog and will find other outlets. I Would first like to discuss this privately. Thanks.
Sign on door said mask required; staffer wasn't wearing one. I'm not dealing with a vector until staff get with the program.
Friendly staff. Building is showing its age. Small interior, undersized compared to many competing gas stations. Gas pumps are faster than many other stations.
Whatever gentleman was working on Monday, August 26 around 4:30pm -thank you! He was kind enough to help me put air in my tire and get me directions to the nearest tire store. I was in a panic and he completely took over. Thank you!
A truly horrible experience with one of the employees today. Tried to pay at the pump, didn’t work. Pumped gas, went inside to pay.nI walked up to the counter and said “Hi. Pump 2.” Employee working the counter was extremely rude, telling me to “hold on a minute.” She continued saying “God. Everyone is being so impatient today.” When I called her out on her comment, she continued to argue with me about the card reader and how she had been there since 6am. As if that excuses her behavior.nI just wanted to pay for my gas. I told her I’d be in touch with her manager. She said “good luck with that.”nI was a weekly gas getter at this establishment. No longer.
