I have found Natures Call to be a valuable resource. I prefer to flush and not worry about what happens after that but it doesn't always work like that. Doug has always been there when I needed and usually could tell me exactly why I was having problems and how I could better avoid more in the future.

I would give 0 stars..First, I used them as they were able to pump when I needed (my preferred choice was booked). However, they left my lift pump unplugged and my basement filled with septic three days later. In addition they left a septic mess where they drug their hoses in the grass. I had to rinse the area before my kids or dog could be in the yard. There are many choices, choose wisely, Nature's Call stinks.

I called on a Friday and they were here within an hour, diagnosed the problem and came back on a Saturday to fix it. And all for the price I was quoted.nThis is a local, family business so if you need septic service, keep it local.
